My full name is Tomoki but my friends call me Tomo. I live in Los Angeles (most of the time) and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I'm a reporter at The San Francisco Standard, where I use public records, data analysis, and internet sleuthing to uncover stories.

Right now, I'm finishing my senior year at USC, where I write a newsletter called Morning, Trojan. We have roughly 8,000 subscribers.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the mountains, forests, and beaches of California.
